2 cups of pineapple
1/2 cups of loose fresh mint

yazınız yanlış anlamadı isem mineraller üzerinde vücut homeostazının döndüğü belirtilmiş. aslında evet bir bakıma doğru ama sadece mineraller üzerinde dönmüyor. elzem proteinler, yağ asitleri, karbonhidrat türevleri ve vitaminler var. farklı hücrelerin farklı yapılarında. mesela glikoprotein hücreleri için glikoz ve protein gerekli ama sodyum-potasyum kapısı için vücutta sodyum ve potasyum dengesi gerekli.
bazı enerji döngülerin b12 türevleri ve b6 türevlerinin gerektiği gibi.
