Angel Food Cake with Chocolate-Pistachio Filling
I tried Martha Stewart's Angel Food Cake recipe for my friend Kim's baby shower. It was great. The cake turned out very moist and really tall, I was able to cut into four and used the chocolate mousse recipe from Eric's Aunt, added pistachios for a change and it turned out very good.
